Laura Byrd - Chief Financial Officer

Laura E. Byrd joined Southeastern Commercial Finance, LLC in June of 1996. Since that time she has worked actively in all aspects of the Company, including operations, collateral administration, and finance. She assumed her duties as Chief Financial Officer in July, 2000.

Ms. Byrd is a native of Birmingham, Alabama is a Magna Cumme Laude graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a dual degree in Accountancy and Spanish. Prior to joining Southeastern, she served as Director of Compliance for Labcorp, a regional laboratory company.

As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Byrd is responsible for all accounting, treasury, and cash management within the Company, as well as serving as the primary banking and investor relations contact.
